Views:

Login to Dynamics 365,  browse to Settings > Email Configuration

Method 1:

  1. Click on Mailboxes then choose Unapproved Mailboxes view.
  2. In the mailboxes listing, select all mailboxes and choose Approve Email.

Method  2 :

  1. Click on Email Server Profile, then double click and open Microsoft Exchange Online
  2. Click on the Mailboxes
  3. In the mailboxes listing, select all mailboxes and choose Approve Email.
